Order Processing 

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order be processed and shipped. As soon as your parcel is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.

French Vintage Fancies offers free shipping worldwide on all orders! 
All items items are securely packed and delivered by first class mail with Tracking and Signed For.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe         2 to 6 days
Worldwide    5 to 10 days

 

Customs and Import Taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. French Vintage Fancies are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns and Exchanges    

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its  original condition. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you with a FrenchVintageFancies gift card for the full order amount within 3 working days. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at frenchvintagefancies@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
